Yes. Your timelines are very important to us. In most cases we deliver photos on time or early. Normal editing time for virtual staging is normally 48 hours. Some more detailed jobs may take up to 72 hrs on occasion. Our most successful clients normally take 1-2 weeks to prep their photos and start with Image Enhancement Service or Item Removal Service first, then move to Virtually Staging that way they can utilize our free revisions and see a couple slightly different options and not be rushed.
For virtual renovation jobs, please allow up to 7 days to turn around, due to the high level of detail.

We're sensitive to clients who need extra help with the computer, we are here to help you. In the event you need us to place the order for you and give full service we may charge a fee for the extra time it takes to upload photos for you or place orders for you (depending on the scope) but we are happy to do that for you and we are fairly priced. We do our best to match the style of furniture selected, but cannot guarantee exact furniture pieces. To achieve the look you want, providing sample/reference images can help ensure we hit the mark with your virtually staged image.

Most successful clients virtually stage at least 6 photos and up to 25+ depending on the size of your home. The goal is to create a universally appealing, updated, clean setting.

Edits or revisions include changing up to 3-4 small to medium sized items each edit.
We're available to help you when you're considering a revision. We'll discuss your image and offer suggestions so each revision gets the best result.
Complete change of mind from the original order or large item changes may incur a new fee.
