Yes. Your timelines are very important to us. In most cases we deliver photos on time or early. Normal editing time for virtual staging is normally 48 hours. Some more detailed jobs may take up to 72 hrs on occasion. Our most successful clients normally take 1-2 weeks to prep their photos and start with Image Enhancement Service or Item Removal Service first, then move to Virtually Staging that way they can utilize our free revisions and see a couple slightly different options and not be rushed.
For virtual renovation jobs, please allow up to 7 days to turn around, due to the high level of detail.

Yes. Our virtual designers will choose tasteful, life like furniture for the room provided, using the most high end, advanced 3D modeling software. We don't rush through the process unlike other companies and we treat every photo as if it was our own to ensure your satisfaction.

We do not come take photos for you. We work on photos you submit to us. You may submit cell phone photos or professional photos. All photos must be 1MB or higher in size. Jpeg format is preferred.
*Note, if taking your own photos, a good rule of thumb is to hold the camera at 4ft - 5ft off the ground and so the angles of the walls are straight up and down. Try to get a good frame of as much of the room as possible

Most successful clients virtually stage at least 6 photos and up to 25+ depending on the size of your home. The goal is to create a universally appealing, updated, clean setting.

3.) Kitchen: main area of the home.

Complete change of mind from the original order or large item changes may incur a new fee.
